I’ve never worked with an interior designer before - how does this work?

Not a problem! This is easier than you may think. We schedule a phone call to discuss your project - what you want to accomplish, intentions you are trying to achieve, the function of the rooms, your style preferences, timetables, etc. If we agree that we can help, we will put you on the schedule for an appointment to visit your location. At the conclusion of that meeting we both have a clear idea how we will implement a plan.

What exactly is full service interior design?

As we stand on the verge of the digital age, everything is being carried out at lightning speed, in a hassle-free manner. Quick Homez’s motto is to usher in the same essence when it comes to your home’s interiors. All you need to do is book the design that pleases you and we’ll get it delivered in just 45 days.

Do you offer custom options?

Yes! Many of the services we offer, from upholstery to bedding to drapery, is customised to give your home the uniqueness it deserves.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

We work well with all personality types. Whether you ’re an inquisitive personality or like to leave it all entrusted in our hands, we try to cater to our clients needs. Our number one qualifier, however, is a mutual respect for one another and an understanding that our design approach is always a sustainable and holistic one. We love our clients who understand and trust that as your design professional, we work hard to make this experience a personal, enjoyable one, no matter the personality.

Do you offer free consultations?

As much as we wish every service could be complimentary, we have to charge a fee for initial consultations due to the amount of time and energy put into the site visit and proposals we put forth. We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 5000/- we measure your home and show you 2 furniture layout plans that can work best for your home. Even if you don’t continue to work with us after the consultation, most clients have thanked us regardless. The ideas presented during our initial consultation save you in terms of your time going forward, and help you by avoiding costly mistakes had you gone without seeking advice from a professional.

How long does it take?

Once you approve the designs and finishing materials, freeze the estimate and pay up 70% of the package cost, the clock starts then. Day 1-30 we work at our facility in putting together your entire home. Day 30 we request You to pay the balance 30% and day 31-45, the entire furniture, furnishings & wallcoverings all get done up at your place under our expert supervision.

Can I use my existing furnishings?

Of course! We encourage you to hold on to treasured pieces and will work with you to incorporate these items within your new decor. We have a flexible approach to design that honors and respects our clients’ existing pieces and encourage all our clients to repurpose as much as possible as it is a more sustainable approach to design.

Will I recover the investment I put into decorating my home?

Your home is likely the biggest investment you will ever make. A well decorated home enhances that investment. If at some point you choose to sell your home, statistics show that a well decorated home will sell faster and command a higher price, especially one that practices Feng Shui principles. We frequently receive calls from clients saying their home sold in record time despite others in their area sitting on the market!
